The 3 eggs represent the past present & future... as you can see, the painting focus's on the present. The lotus leaf is the symbol of purity of mind body and spirit... the whole painting is the realisation that the only way forward is to recognize our shadow (righthand side)... honouring it... forgiving it... and releasing the burden of it... the symbolism of the butterfly for me is transformation from one spiritual state to another... The (lefthand side)... recognizing the pure and the good, honouring that beauty within ourselves, letting it flow into the most beautiful intensifying creative energy...
